Requisitos

- Form MV3001 (Wisconsin driver license application)
Passos
- 1 Obtain an SSN through authorized employment or immigration status
- 2 Gather all required identity, residency, and immigration documents
- 3 Visit a Wisconsin DMV Service Center
- 4 Complete form MV3001
- 5 Pass the written knowledge test (50 questions, need 40 correct)
- 6 Pass the vision screening
- 7 Pay the $35 instruction permit fee
- 8 Schedule and pass the road skills test ($28 driver license fee)
