Requirements

• • Proof of lawful presence in the United States (ITIN alone is not sufficient)
• • Social Security Number
• • Proof of Idaho residency
• • Proof of identity and date of birth

Required Documents

• Valid passport with US visa, I-94, or EAD
• Social Security card
• Proof of Idaho residential address (utility bill, bank statement, lease)
• I-20 or DS-2019 for student visa holders

Steps

1. 1 Verify your immigration status qualifies for an Idaho license
