1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DrivePass ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DrivePass provides DMV test preparation tools, practice exams, and driving school management features. The Service is available via web browser and progressive web app.
3. Account Terms
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 15 years of age to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. New accounts include a 3-day free trial; after it ends, a subscription is required. You may cancel at any time. Refunds for the Exam in 7 Days plan follow our cancellation policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including practice questions, explanations, and study materials, is the property of DrivePass. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: share your account credentials, attempt to access other users' data, use automated tools to scrape content, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Disclaimers
DrivePass is not affiliated with any DMV, Department of Motor Vehicles, or government agency. Practice tests are for preparation purposes only and do not guarantee passing any official exam. Results may vary based on individual preparation and state-specific requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
DrivePass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
